Why I do this
I'm Adrian, the person behind P&A Web Design — before starting this, I spent five years managing customer relationships and technical support for a payments company, working directly with businesses to solve real problems and keep their tools running.
Along the way I kept running into the same thing: small businesses that either don't have a website at all, or have one that doesn't work right on a phone. Meanwhile the "solution" is usually an agency quote that's more than they want to spend, or a DIY builder they don't have time to learn.
The name says what I'm going for — Professional & Affordable. A straightforward way to get a real website, built and maintained by one person you can actually reach, for a price that makes sense for a small business.
